Most people book for 60 minutes for their first appointment which allows 30 minutes on your back and then 30 minutes on your front, this allows enough time for me to relax your daily stresses and ease your muscles. On their next booking I usually find that they opt for a 90 minute session with allows them to relax in the first 30 minutes and heighten their senses in the body before laying back and enjoying rest of the massage.
