Thai massage has both immediate and long-lasting effects and you should always follow the guidelines to ensure your feel the full benefit

After the treatment has finished, you should always drink a litre of water at room temperature (as soon as possible), because the deep tissue massage that has been received will have released deep-seated toxins.


You will feel much looser and more relaxed than you are probably used to, do not exert yourself for at least 24 hours- ideally 48 hours- to avoid injury. Drinking water is vital after a treatment to help the toxins flush through the body.
